I am now a Project Leader at IKEA Denmark property & expansion commuting from the UK as suits the workload. Whilst working in Denmark I live in a beautiful apartment in Aarhus. I Have done various Retail project manager roles at IKEA UK but basically I have design, build, and project management experience over eleven IKEA store re-models including new builds, contact centres and warehouses.

My skills include managing store enabling works and associated trade contractors, managing design processes, phasing with construction and retail, leading build teams and direct reports, procurement, tender process, budget control, reporting to steering group and IKEA board

My specialities include Project Management, store design from concept to completion, retail fit out, store operations. I've also designed unique bespoke solutions for IKEA including large scale office, crèche and restaurant design from concept to completion including all FF&E, procurement, budget, phasing and implementation

Leading to my career at IKEA I have a Btec foundation Art and design – distinction, BA 2.1, Interior design at Leeds Metropolitan University, and more recently Foundation cert, Prince 2 project management as well as IOSH, and NBOSH
